SQUEEZE LIGHTLY WHILE ROTATING HANDLES UP AND DOWN

Rubber Hose/Soft Tubing:

  1. Place cutter on hose, conduit, or tubing as illustrated (figure 1).
  2. Squeeze handles. (Slight rotation might be needed to start cut.)

Plastic Pipe:

  1. Place cutter on pipe as illustrated (figure 1).
  2. Lightly squeeze and push down handles.
  3. Rotate handles up and down (figure 2).
  4. Reduce pressure at end of cut.

Precautions:

  1. Do not cut metal or anything harder than plastic.
  2. Do not twist or pull handles parallel to the pipe.
  3. Avoid squeezing hard (Especially in cold weather) - Do not snap cut PVC - Cut Slowly at the end of the cut while rotating the handles.
  4. Caution: Blade is very sharp. Keep away from children.
